House Explosion in Connellsville, PA, Leaves Man Critically Hurt

The cause of the explosion remains under investigation.

A man is in critical condition after his house in Connellsville exploded Tuesday.

Firefighters found him outside the burning structure, WTAE reported, adding that he told him he was the sole occupant.

The blast was felt and heard in the neighborhood.

Investigators are working to determine the cause.
